Richard (Dick,) Sausville passed away from natural causes on October 27, 2017 at 90 years of age. He was born November 23,1926 in Bennington Vermont, where he graduated from St. Joseph's Business College. He enlisted in the U.S Army Air Corp and was stationed in Kearns, Utah during World War II.

He married Mildred Johnson in Salt Lake City on October 18,1946. They were married for 71 years and raised two children; Cathy McMillen and Rick Sausville.

He retired from Utah State Social Services. He volunteered as tour conductor at Ogden Union Station, mainly in the Browning Arms museum, for 22 years. Dick and Mildred hunted, fished and traveled extensively, loving partners for life.

Dick is survived by his wife, Mildred; daughter, Cathy (Mac) McMille; son Rick; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Dick is preceded in death by two brothers and two grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, November 2,2017 at Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 East 2850 North, North Ogden.
