Robert Hubble

Robert Andrew Hubble, lovingly known as Bob, was born on July 10, 1942, in Cranbury, New Jersey. He departed from this world on May 23, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, generosity, and love. For the past 47 years, Washington Terrace, Utah was privileged to be called home by this remarkable man.

Bob was renowned for his reliability, a trait that spanned his professional and personal life. He proudly served his country as an Airplane Mechanic in the Air Force, a career that spanned multiple states and even overseas to Okinawa, Japan. His dedication and skill were acknowledged with several awards, including the Air Force Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal. He retired from the Hill Airforce Base in 2009, but his commitment to service and excellence never waned. In his personal life, Robert was a supportive and loving force.

The joy he found in gardening, thrift shopping, dining out, and family BBQs were mere reflections of the love he had for his family and the simple pleasures of life. His hobbies of collecting coins and movies brought him much joy, but nothing compared to the love he felt for his family and his country.

Bob was a generous soul, always ready to lend a hand or share a kind word. To his family, he was a pillar of strength and a beacon of unconditional love.

He is survived by his children, Karen Sue (Brett) Barber, Melissalyn (Scott) Mecham, Brian Ray Hubble; and his six beloved grandchildren: EmmaRain, Archie, Bailey, Zachary, Braxton and Eliphalet and his cousin Kay. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy, his parents Ray and Marjorie Hubble and siblings Ray Leroy (Buddy) Hubble, Jane Alice Antel and Anna Marie Hubble.
