He was a dear husband, loving son, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle.

Born in Chicago, IL on February 23, 1932 to Irene Reichow and Carl Julius Sube. Proceeded in death by his brother James and father Carl.

Served in the Korean War until August 1954.

Married Helen M. Carey in Maywood, IL on December 27, 1952. Moved to Santa Monica, CA after his military service. Lived in Mar Vista, CA, Thousand Oaks, CA and Hooper, UT. Worked for Packard Bell and retired from Semtech Corp., Newbury Park, CA after 30 years.

He leaves his mother, Irene L. Tanner (Sube); three children: Robert James (Kathy), Moonpark, CA; William Carl, Hooper, UT; and Elizabeth A. Doyle (Tim), Roy, UT; eight grandchildren; Joshua, Jacob, Jason, Jamie, and Brandon Sube, and Salvador, Phillip, and Ruthanne Gallardo; four step-grandchildren Kristen, Timothy, Travis, and Casuaundra of Roy, UT; six great-grandchildren Anthony, Michael and Skylar Gallardo, Jazmin Owen, and Taylor and Tanner Doyle of Roy, UT; sister-in-law Ruth A. Simpson and niece Kathleen Simpson of Goleta, CA.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Faucett, Dr. Ingersoll, Dr. Johnson, Hospice and the nurses at Ogden Regional Hospital for their help and guidance through this difficult time.

Bob was truly loved and will be missed by all who touched his life. He will be cremated and his ashes spread in Browns Meadows, CA where he spent some of his happiest days hunting with his friends.
