Rocelle Romer Obituary (1971 - 2015)

Rocelle Romer Our loving mother, daughter, sister and friend, Rocelle Romer, passed away on February 14, 2015 of Leukemia. She was born on July 7, 1971 in Ogden, Utah to Patricia Luna and Donald L. Romer. She lived in Utah most of her life before moving to Las Vegas in 1996. She enjoyed watching movies, card games and crossword puzzles and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Kemslie Wells, Dominic Wells, Rylee Wells, Alejandra Romer and Lucas Romer; her mother, Patricia; grandmother, Edna Romer; and a brother, Brandon (Michelle) Romer; as well as nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, step father, Fred Rangel and grandparents.
