Roma Woodward Hutchins Obituary (1929 - 2006)

Roma Woodward Hutchins NO. OGDEN - Roma Woodward Hutchins, our precious mother, and beloved wife of Spencer Keith Hutchins passed away on Friday, June 2, 2006. Roma was born on June 27, 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Edith Coleman Woodward and John Burnice Woodward, who adored her. Roma married Spencer Keith Hutchins on January 10, 1951, in the LDS Logan Temple. Roma and Keith raised four children who are their pride and joy. They lived in Utah for many years and then moved to Southern California. After 25 years in California, they returned to Utah to retire in North Ogden, where they served an Ogden Inner-City Mission and were temple ordinance workers in the Ogden LDS Temple. Roma will be remembered as a selfless, compassionate and adoring mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband; four children, Mark (Linda) Hutchins, Ogden; Karen (David) Bingham, No. Ogden; Spencer (Kerry) Hutchins, DeMoines, WA; Rebecca (Jeff) Scott, Chino Hills, CA; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
