Ronald Edwin Maw Sr

Ronald Edwin Maw, Sr. passed away on March 23, 2019 at his home from causes incident to age. He was 84 years old.
Ronald was born in Ogden, UT on November 16, 1934-the only child of Ralph and Alice Maw. Ronald grew up in Ogden, where he graduated from Ogden High School and attended Weber State College. He served in the Air Force and is a veteran of the Korean War. Ronald was a Conductor/Brakeman for the Southern Pacific Railroad for 34 years where he retired in 1996.
He married Virginia Ann Meldrum in August of 1958. They raised five children. Ronald and Virginia
celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary last summer.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Virginia; one son - Ronald (Sam) & Letty Maw of Sunset, LA; three
daughters: Suzan Weber (North Logan), Jill & Scott Navidomskis (Roy) and Lisa & Bill Curl (Ogden) and 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter (Sally Mikesell) and a grandson.
A private family viewing preceded graveside services on Thursday, March 28, 2019. Interment at the Ogden City Cemetery.
