BRIGHAM CITY - Rosa M. Mendez, 80, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Rosa was born on July 13, 1933 in Corinne, Utah, a daughter of Hilario Mendez and Pilar Mora Mendez. She was a member of the Catholic Church. Rosa retired from Thiokol as a Printer.
Surviving is her brother, Adolfo M. Mendez, Ogden, UT and her sister Angela M. Guzman, Chino CA.
Preceded in death by her parents, three sisters: Maria M. Rio, Inez Florez, Veda Chavez and three brothers: Mike Mendez, Ruben Mendez, and Albert Mendez.
Funeral Mass will be on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St Henrys Catholic Church, 380 S. 200 E., Brigham City, UT.
Friends may call on Sunday from 6:00 to 6:50 p.m. with the Rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary Chapel, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, UT. Interment will be in the Corinne Cemetery.
