Rosendo Nava Nevarez "Sendo"

SOUTH OGDEN - Rosendo Nava Nevarez, a beloved brother, son, uncle, soon to be father and friend. Rosendo, 29, was taken from his family on August 5, 2007. Rosendo, known by most as "Sendo" was born on October 28, 1977 to Rojelio "Roy" and Josifina "Josie" Nevarez. Sendo graduated in 1996 from Burley High. Soon after graduating, Sendo moved to West Jordan, UT and was employed by Skywest Airlines, he moved to Ogden in 2000 and has since resided here and been employed at Metal West.

Sendo could walk in as a stranger and walk out as a friend. There are no words to describe how much he will be missed. Take care of our beloved son, brother, family member and friend.

Sendo is survived by his parents Roy and Josie Nevarez of Burley; big brother Roy Nevarez Jr. of So. Ogden, Lil Sister Andria Nevarez of Burley, nieces Jennica and Mercedes Nevarez of Ogden, nephews Jakoby Valdez of Burley, Lorenzo and Armon Nevarez of Ogden, his fiancAC. Nicole Fraga and unborn baby girl; numerous grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins.

Sendo has been reunited with his grandpa's Roberto T. Nevarez and Rafael Nava; great-grandpa Hipolito E. Nevarez; great-grandma Maria de Jesus T. Nevarez; uncle Gerry Gallegos and cousin's Gabriel N. Fuentes and Sabrina Prieto.

Sendo looked forward to his future with Nicole and baby girl. He loved to ride on his bike (Harley Davidson) with his dad, brother and all his friends and family.

Sendo until we meet again, we love you!

A vigil service with recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at Little Flower Catholic Church, 1601 Oakley Ave., Burley, ID. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 10, also at Little Flower Catholic Church. Burial will be in Gem Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Benefit Memorial Fund for cousins Sabrina Prieto and Rosendo Nevarez at any Wells Fargo location.
