Ross Gibson

Ross Taylor Gibson, 82, passed away April 4, 2024. Ross was born June 11, 1942 the son of Anna Marellor (Taylor) and William Raymond Gibson in Ogden, Utah.
Ross married Marlene Schumers on June 30, 1979. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He worked as a drywaller in the construction business for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and golfing. He loved the outdoors.
Ross is survived by 4 children Mitch (Shannon) Gibson, Jeri (Scott) Engstrom, Scott (Cara) Lindsay and Debbie Shupe; 6 grandchildren, Lyle, Troy, Jason, Josh, Alisha, and Lacey, many Great and Great-Great Grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Arlene and 2 brothers Nolan and Joe.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Marlene, brother Gary, daughter Lori Downs and son Craig Thompson.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd.
