Ruby Delilah (Mair) Camp Obituary (1943 - 2017)

Ruby Delilah (Mair) Camp Born in Altamont, UT on July 17, 1943, peacefully went to sleep at her home in Ogden, UT on December 23, 2017 at approximately 1:10 a.m. She was 74. She is survived by 9 children, 23 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren, soon to be 30. In 1958, she married John F. Baker with whom she mothered 3 daughters; Sonya, Cheerie and Naomia. They were married 6 years and then divorced. In 1966, she married Thomas F. Camp and cherished the role of stepmother to his four children; Sheila, Shelly, Tom Jr. and Terry. She later gave birth to Mike and Ida. (Ida died in 2000 and her husband Tom Sr. passed away in 2012.) She out lived seven brothers and sisters; Ida Jackson, Nelly Fuhriman, Mary Payne, Florence Stoker, Coral Mair, Neldon Mair and Mable Kendall. "Others might not always remember what you said or what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel." Ruby Camp touched the heart of everyone she met, making each one feel important. She is loved and will truly be missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah's Witnesses at 351 W 7th St. Ogden, UT on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Myers Mortuary, Ogden.
