RUTH ORTEGA
MAY 24, 1928 - MARCH 29, 2003

Your body grew weary, but your Spirit thrived and cried out to be free. And so it is! On March 29, 2003, the Heavens opened and in the arms of Angels, dear Mother, Grandmother and Friend, you departed from this world, only to begin your most magnificent journey. Leaving behind the pain and the sorrow, you are now at peace, reunited at last with loved ones who have been waiting with open arms, to welcome you home. Overcome by sadness, not a day will pass that we will not miss you, but we rejoice in knowing that indeed, your Spirit has been set free and will forever dwell in our hearts and guide us in all that we do. So, until the day comes that you too, will be there waiting with open arms to welcome us home, we must say good-bye.

We love you so much and are so grateful for the time we had together.
