Rykar Sanders Obituary (1989 - 2018)

We lost our son, brother, nephew, uncle, grandson, and friend. Rykar passed away suddenly on Friday August 24th, 2018. He was 29. Rykar is survived by his mom and dad, Brenda and Rick Sanders. He is also survived by siblings Melissa (Todd Haws), Brandee (Rob Johnston), and Ty Sanders (Erica). Rykar loved his family more than anything. He would do anything to help not only his family, but anyone he met. Nieces and nephews loved their Uncle Rykar and could always rely on him in a water fight. Laughter was in no shortage with Rykar. An explosive laugh always alerted everyone that Rykar was around. Rykar enjoyed the outdoors, especially with his dad and brother. He had that geeky side as well. Gaming, movies and collecting were his hobbies. Visitors would awe at his perfectly displayed figurines shelved in his house. If you needed someone with whom to play a boardgame, you called Rykar. His unique personality endeared him to all those around him. He was kind and loving and wasn't afraid to let you know he cared. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A viewing will be held on Wednesday August 29th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myer's Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West in Roy. Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 30th at 10:00 a.m. at the LDS Clinton Stake Center 1288 W 1300 N Clinton Utah.
