SAM FLOYD

ROY -- Our father, Sam Floyd, was reunited with our mother, Carol, in Heaven, Saturday, February 19, 2005. He was born in Myrtle, Mississippi on April 22, 1932. His parents, Mack and Emma Sue Floyd and our sister, Sandra Kay, were anxiously awaiting his arrival. Also, there to greet him were his nephews, Dean and David and many other loved ones.

Those of us left behind: his daughter, Annie (Peter), son, Sammy (Rebecca),
Grandchildren, Jake, Teal, Dezi, Trever, Logan and Zoie; Sam's sisters, brothers-in law, nieces, nephews and countless friends.

Sam served in the U.S. Navy from 1952-1956 on the U.S. St. Paul as a
GM-3 during the Korean War.

His absence will impact us all deeply. He touched so many with little effort.
We want to mention and thank all of his loving neighbors as well as Hospice of Utah, especially Lisa for making his departure peaceful.
