Scott Jay Butler Obituary (1965 - 2005)

Scott Butler ROY - Scott Jay Butler (Skully), age 40, passed away on Monday, April 26th, 2005 at his home. He left his tired and broken body to start his new life with his Lord Jesus Christ. Scott was born April 18th, 1965 in Ogden to David Jay and Trudy Walker Butler. He married Stacie Brotherson on May 16, 1987 in Ogden. Scott had been employed at Chromalox as a welder, Picture Perfect, and Comcast. Scott had also owned his own business B.C. Welding in Hooper. Surviving are his wife Stacie; the light of his life son Talon Jay Butler; parents Trudy and Albert G. Waters; step-mother Kathy Butler; brother Randy L. (Deena) Butler, Arkansas; sister Angie (Rick) Bowles, Clinton; brothers Brent (Marlene) Waters, Huntsville; Brad (Sheila) Waters, Preston, ID; Curt (Brenda) Waters, Roy; and uncle Jack L. Butler of Ogden. He was preceded in death by his father David J. Butler; father-in-law Parley Brotherson; uncle Mike E. Butler; and his grandparents Floyd L. and Ruby U. Butler. Scott, I know God gave you to me for just a little while to love and raise, and now He has you back in His loving arms. You left this earth on the 26th, but that my son is the true birthday of your new life. I will miss you with every breath I take.
