Selamawit Shaneen Valentine Obituary (1991 - 2008)

Selamawit Shaneen Valentine 1990 - 2008 ROY - Selamawit was born on January 9th, the traditional Christmas Day of her native country in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. We welcomed her to our family in 1998. She loved creating art and she appreciated and created beauty wherever she went. She was an award winning cosmetology student at OWATC. She will be missed by her mother and father Sandy and Kent Valentine, her eight siblings, and many, many of her extended family and friends. Selamawits beautiful short life will be honored in a service held on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Roy 4th Ward Chapel, 5301 South 2100 West, Roy. Family will greet friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to services. Interment, Roy City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Selamawits favorite charity, Children of Ethiopia Education Fund, www.coeef.org. Funeral arrangements under the direction of Myers Roy Mortuary.
