Shannon Rosenlof Burnside

SHANNON ROSENLOF BURNSIDE

The life of a patient and tired woman ended after years of difficulties and pain, diabetes complications and endless dialysis treatments. Shannon knew it was time to be released from her challenges of life. She retired from her earthly estate at home in Layton, Utah on March 21, 2001 at age 64.

Mother of six children. Surviving her are three sons, two daughters; Mark (Vickie) Burnside, Camille Stewart, Heather McBride, Wallis Burnside, Chris Burnside. Ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, sisters; Elva Orton, Darla Judd, Tammy Sollis. Preceded in death by ex-husband Jesse Burnside, daughter, Lisa, parents and sister, Pat Hancock.

Born in Mt. Pleasant, Utah, January 24, 1937 to Wallis P. and Donna Christiansen Rosenlof. Graduate of West High, 1955. Believed strongly in LDS religion. Worked in the title business for many years. Shannon thanks many committed friends and family who have given her help making life bearable; sisters remaining with her until death.

Shannon loved gatherings, fund raisers and games with good friends.
