Shawna Marie Nelson Wagstaff Obituary (1975

Mantua/IL - Shawna Marie Wagstaff , age 35 of Streamwood, IL; passed away December 5, 2010 with her husband by her side, after a valiant battle with cancer. Shawna was born February 7, 1975. She was the beloved wife of Chad; loving mother of Nathan Louis age 13, Elizabeth Marie age 10 and Benjamin Martin age 5, dear daughter of Terry and Karen Nelson and loving sister of Jason (Lindsey), Adam (Abby), Matthew (Julia), Chris (Megan), Emily (Kade Bankhead), Jonathan, and Deborah. She was preceded in death by her brother, Stephen. She graduated from Box Elder High and Utah State University. Chad and Shawna were married on March 18, 1995 in the Logan LDS Temple. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mantua Chapel, 237 S., Willard Peak Rd, Mantua. Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City and on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the Church. Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Myers Mortuary to help with the transportation and services expense.
