Shelley Ann (Hillaker) Hawkins Obituary (1967 - 2021)

On Sunday, June 13, 2021, Shelley Ann Hawkins, loving wife, daughter, sister and mother to three amazing children. And grandmother to five adorable grandchildren, passed Sunday night surrounded by her family. Shelley was born on May 14, 1967 in Ogden, Utah to Pat and Karen (WhiteLock) Hillaker. On April 25, 1988 She married Brett Leroy Hawkins. They raised three kids Jeremy, Kellee and Andrew Hawkins. Shelley loved helping others, she had a beautiful heart and soul. Shelley was always there for her family and other's always supporting and cheering them on through life's journey. As a kid Shelley enjoyed her summers in Henry, Idaho where, she worked at the family's Cafe. Shelley has had different jobs over the years, but working as a job coach at Project Turn was by far her favorite. Where she would help disabled, adults find jobs and their paths towards life. Later in life she become Nana to her grandkids, Iris Hawkins, Ari and Rayse Pulver and Stryder and Rocker Hawkins. She would shower her grandchildren with love. Shelley in her spare time would love to go on camping trips with her family. She also loved to go yard sales, always looking for the best deal and a good find. At a young age Shelley had a love for music, where it grew into a love of 80's music. She also was a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan. Shelley had the most infectious smile and dimples, and the most memorable laugh and giggle. Shelley was preceded in death by her brother Rick Hillaker. She is survived by her parents Pat and Karen Hillaker, her brothers Glen (Pam Hillaker) and John Hillaker. Her children Jeremy Hawkins (April Hawkins) Kellee Hawkins, and Andrew Hawkins. And her grandchildren Iris Hawkins, Ari and Rayse Pulver, and Stryder and Rocker Hawkins. And her husband the love of her life Brett Hawkins. The Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Myers Mortuary 5865 South 1900 West Roy, Utah at 12:00 pm. Followed by Funeral Service at 2:30 PM. After the service we will have a celebration of life dinner. At Mountain View Baptist at 5:00 pm.
