We are so sad to announce the passing of our wonderful mother, Shirley Taylor.
Mom was born on July 26, 1935 in Ogden, Utah, a daughter of Benjamin and Elizabeth Imlay Baugh. She grew up with four sisters, all of them have passed away.
Shirley met Larry Taylor (her best friend) in High School and they married on July 30, 1950. They were married for 52 years before his passing. Mom and Dad felt blessed with 5 daughters; Sheryl Loveland (deceased), Connie (Doug) Patterson, Kathy (Dave) Carrington, Vicki (Lewis) Carver, Gwen (Randy) Burton. She has 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Shirley was a hard worker and a wonderful homemaker who made all of her cooking from scratch. Moms best friends were her sisters. She was dedicated to her husband and daughters and helped raise her daughter's children. Mom had wonderful words of wisdom that she shared often.
Mom has missed her loved ones that have passes on so very much, there is a great reunion going on.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sisters, daughter and one grandson Lance Carver.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 25 at 10:00 a.m., at the Ben Lomond Cemetery in North Ogden.
