Susan Mares

SUSAN GARZA MARES
Our dearest mother Susan Garza Mares, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013 at the age of 54.
She was born July 11, 1959 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Gumaro (deceased) and Ramona Duenaz.
She resided in Caldwell, ID and spent many years living in Ogden and Salt Lake City, UT
She is survived by her husband Rogelio Mares Chavez and two step-children, Rogelio and Cynthia; Five children, Esmeralda, Manuel, Jose, Veronica and Irma Valero, 20 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gumaro Garza and first husband Juan Manuel Valero.
She was a friend to many and will be remembered for her kindness, perseverance, unfailing sense of humor and love of dance. She is very loved and will always be in our hearts.
Thank you to all who have helped not only through her illness but throughout her life as well.
A viewing will be held Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 10-10:55 a.m. prior to funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden. Interment following, Ben Lomond Cemetery, 526 E 2850 N, North Ogden.
