ROY - Suzanne R. Hunter, 59, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012 from natural causes unexpectedly in her sleep while visiting her brother in California.
She was born March 10, 1953 in Lancaster, California to Erven Francis and Ila Vay Corey Lanius.

She married Lee S. Hunter on June 11, 1976 in Riverdale, Utah. They were married for 36 years and were soul mates from the beginning.

Suzanne graduated from high school in California. She retired from Hill Air Force Base in 2005 after 27 years of service as a Physical Science Technician.
She loved camping, boating, fishing, cruising in warm places and spending time at the family cabin in the Uinta Mountains with family and friends.

Words that describe Suzanne would be caring, kind, upbeat, generous, and considerate. Her life was about service to others and was a care giver to many in her life. She liked everybody and everybody liked her. She loved her babies, Bandit, Katie, Gracie and even Darrel.

She is survived by her husband Lee, the Hunter family which was her family, brother, Kenny ( Arlene) Lanius both of California; niece, Breanna Lanius (her fiancAC.e, Timothy). She loved her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was Aunt Suzie and mom to everyone's kids.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A viewing will be held Monday, April 30, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West. Roy.

Celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Cremation under the direction of Myers Roy Mortuary.
