Tamera Kay Nunn

Tammy Nunn, age 58, formerly of Prosser, WA passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, March 12th, 2017. She was born in Prosser on September 21st, 1958 to Gerald and Norma Nunn. She was a graduate of Prosser High School and attended Ricks College in Idaho. At the age of 16, she was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and remained an active member until the end of her life. Before retirement, Tammy worked in New York as a nanny and ran a cleaning business in Portland, Oregon. Tammy was exceptionally fond of her nieces and nephews and was known to make baby blankets for each new addition to the family. In her spare time she loved to travel, sew, make pottery, and visit with her friends and family. Tammy is remembered for her animated and vivacious spirit, as well as her lively sense of humor.
Tammy is survived by her aunt, Lorinda Nunn; uncle, Carl Nunn; sister-in-law, Jeanie Yale; nephew, Rocky Irwin; nieces Anastasia, Athena, and Allison; and several more cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Norma Nunn; father, Gerald Nunn; and brother, Jerry Gluth. Funeral services will be held in May of this year in Prosser at the LDS church.
