Tammie Louise Tucker Williams Obituary (1960 - 2015)

Tammie Louise Tucker Williams passed away on September 16, 2015, after fighting a very valiant battle against very aggressive cancer. She was born on January 5, 1960 to Patricia Drake and George Eldon Tucker in Heppner, Oregon. She graduated from Ione High School and Blue Mountain Community College. She married Jae Harold Williams November 14, 1981 in Reno, Nevada; they were blessed four children. Tammie enjoyed gold panning, Wendover trips, camping, fishing, coaching AYSO soccer for eight years, and spending time with her grandchildren. A special thanks to all her children for their loving support. Tammie is survived by her husband, Jae; children, Jesse (Heather) Williams; Nola (Casey) Sterna; Guy (Colleen) Williams; Bruce (Bridget) Williams; and seven grandchildren; sister, Teresa (Mark) King; and brother, David Tucker. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Tanya. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Myers Mortuary, 250 North Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday 10:30 - 11:45 prior to services. Interment will be held at Layton Memorial Park, 1867 North Fairfield Road.
