Billine Palmer

Billine Palmer our beloved Mother, Wife, Sister, Grandma, Aunt and Friend was welcomed home on Saturday April 19, 2025.

She was born April 1, 1959, to Bill and Gloria Reeves. She grew up in Ogden and graduated from Clearfield high in 1977. She married the love of her life Donald Palmer on February 20th, 1988, and they spent the next 37 years in absolute happiness in West Point UT, where they raised two amazing sons Brock and Bryce, who married the best daughter in laws ever and gave them their pot of gold-Grandkids. Brock and Misty have Trapper and Arya. Bryce and Melanie have Ellie, Kenzlie and Brettley. She was also mom to her nephews, Nathan and Brandon and niece Stormi who gave them grandchildren as well Rylee, Paislee and Oaklee. She was an adopted mom to plenty of other family members and friends. She is also survived by her brothers, Brett (Nanette) Reeves and Neville Reeves.

Her family was the most important thing to her. She always had a smile and would do anything to make someone happy. Her motto was “Keep Smiling”, and she did that every day. She was the most giving, caring and loving woman who will truly be missed more than she knows.

Welcoming her home are her parents along with many other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Myers Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy on Friday April 25, 2025 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
