Thomas Grant Gibson Obituary (1925 - 2005)

THOMAS GRANT GIBSON ROY - Thomas Grant Gibson, 79, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 17, 1925 in Ogden, Utah, the son of James Forbes and Elizabeth Lightfoot Gibson. Thomas married Sylvia Mae on May 25, 1944. Sylvia passed away April 25, 1975. He then married Bertha Vaughn September 1975. Bertha passed away in 1990. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Roy Jaycees. For 20 years, Dad was a volunteer at Union Station. Surviving are his children: Cheyrl Budge, Alan Gibson, and Debra Kerr, also stepdaughters, Betty, Barbara and Bernice, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, both wives and brother Carl Gibson. The family would like to thank Vista Hospice, especially Marie, Erin and Dr. Belfry. A special thank you to Dr. Harry O.
