WALNUT CREEK, CA - Tom passed away peacefully at the age of 67 on March 23, 2006 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Tom was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from, the University of Detroit Jesuit High School and received his B.S. from Lawrence Technological University in Detroit. He served in the U. S. Army. He married Donna Kulenic, they were later divorced. His occupation brought him and his family to Walnut Creek where
he remained for 30 years. He married Janice Malouf in 1985.

Tom is survived by his devoted wife, Janice, and sons, Thomas, David
(Victoria), Matthew (Pamela) and daughter Susan. Tom is also survived by
his mother, Emily, who is 96 years old, and an older sister Adrienne, and
many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Thomas and twin
brother, Terry, who both died in 1975.

A Vigil Service and Funeral Mass was held in Walnut Creek, California..

Graveside services will be held in the Garden of Devotion at Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., South Ogden, Utah on Friday at 11 a.m.
March 31, 2006. Friends and family may call at the cemetery from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. prior to services. Military Honors will be accorded by the combined Veterans Honor Guard.
