Travis John Izatt September 6, 1970 ~ January 2, 2015 Travis John Izatt, 44, of Syracuse, Utah passed away Friday, January 2, 2015. Travis was born September 6, 1970 in Ogden, Utah. Travis was a well-educated business owner who owned and operated several successful businesses. Travis is survived by his son: Justin Anderson, of Tremonton; Mother: Jeri Izatt; siblings Larry Olsen, Lynnette Olsen Gootee, Darin Izatt, Shauna Izatt and Mary Moyes, multiple brother and sister in-laws, nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles. Travis was preceded in death by his fathers Lonnie Izatt and Robert Moyes, nephew Anthony Smith and Grandparents. Travis loved his family and his dogs, and lived life to its fullest. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to a memorial account in Travis's name at America First Credit Union, account number 9071507, P.O. Box 9199, Ogden, UT 84409, 800-999-3961. A memorial service will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday January 20, 2015 at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Boulevard, Ogden Utah. Grave dedication will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday January 21, 2015 at the Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Boulevard, Ogden Utah.
