Un Suk Foote Obituary (1946 - 2001)

OGDEN - Our loving wife and mother, Un Suk "Sue" Chong Foote, 55 passed away Thursday, August 9, 2001 at McKay-Dee Hospital from complications following a stroke. She was born April 16, 1946 in Inchon, Korea to Chong Kwan Kuk and Chae Kwan Ok. She married Kenneth L. Foote on December 5, 1972 in Seoul, Korea. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden Temple. Sue was a member of the Ogden 3rd Ward. She was a wonderful cook and she fed anyone who came into their home, she made everyone feel welcome (as long as they took their shoes off in her house). She could accomplish any task no matter how large or small. She was a very hard worker and had many talents, some of which included: sewing, knitting, crocheting, gardening and making friends. She loved the outdoors and was always ready to go camping or fishing. She loved little children and she loved her family very much. She leaves her family with many cherished memories. Surviving are her husband, Kenneth L. Foote of Ogden; three daughters, Jessica L. (Collin) Barker, Syracuse; Jennifer A. Foote and Janet M. Foote, both of Ogden; four brothers, seven sisters in Korea; and many nieces and nephews in Korea and the U.S. She was preceded in death by her parents.
