Ogden - Victoria Noel Martinez, 23, died unexpectedly from Asthma Asphyxiation at McKay Dee Hospital on July 29, 2014. Victoria was born November 3, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Karen Stephanie Jensen and Carlos Martinez. She was a member of the Catholic Church.

Victoria was a very loving and kind person who had a beautiful smile ready for anyone and everyone. She enjoyed art, reading, outdoor activities and helping others.

Victoria is survived by her two daughters, Layla Unique Rascon and Zoey Love Rascon both of Ogden; her parents; grandparents, Jack Jensen and Karen Jensen; five siblings, Timothy Martinez, Erica Jensen, Tony Jensen, Austin Cardillo and Tony Cardillo and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank and Vickie Martinez, Melax Martinez and her Aunt Gloria Ochoa.

The family would like to thank the ER staff at McKay Dee and all the friends and family for their support.

A fund has been set up at American 1st Credit Union in Victoria's name or donations may be made to Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. to help with the cost of the service.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 Chapel Street, Layton, Utah. Following the Mass burial will be in the Clearfield City Cemetery, 1050 South State Street.
