Willi Charrie Moore click here to listen to Funeral Recording NORTH OGDEN - Willi Charrie Moore passed through the veil from mortality, surrounded by her loving family in the evening of July 21, 2011. She passed peacefully from us into the arms of her loving father, will all the beauty, patience, love and dignity that she was known for throughout her life. Willi was born on April 5, 1952 in Los Angeles, California to Charles Henry and Shirley Farr Moore. She spent her childhood in Fillmore, Utah where she attended school, forming many life-long friendships. She graduated from Millard High School in 1970. She went to college at Brigham Young University and later Weber State University, obtaining degrees in Business and Nursing. Willi served an honorable mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1984-1985, in Taiwan, where she mastered the Mandarin Chinese language. She worked most of her career for Weber County Human Services, many years as executive secretary and later as the outreach coordinator for Senior Services. She was always very compassionate, loving, caring, and was a good listener. Many people came to love her through her work. Willi never married in this life, but took a very active role in helping to raise her nieces and nephews. They all have fond memories of the lessons learned from Aunt Willi. She shared her testimony of right and wrong, keeping the commandments, loving one another, and being a united front against adversity. But best of all, she taught by example how to have FUN ... ... from summer vacations, Christmas celebrations, birthday parties, camping trips, ball games, dance reviews, graduations, weddings, and many other important events, Aunt Willi was always there. We will miss her terribly now, but look forward to the celebration awaiting us when we meet again! It will be an awesome party!! Willi is survived by her beloved mother, Shirley, her brothers, Charles Lamont (Vickie) Moore, Daniel H. (Bonnie) Moore, and sister, Aaron S. (Dave) Cole. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Vincent Moore, Morgan Moore, Kristalee (Justin) Openshaw, Camilla (Jason) Barber, Miranda (Len) Richins, Hailey (Tracy) Poulsen, Austin Moore, Samilynn (Aaron) Summerhays, Charley (Mary) Moore, and Eric Cole, as well as her great nieces and nephews: Sara, Paul, Jaydan, Trevor, Jaxon, Lainee Bea, Cameron, Lydia, Maesyn, Cassidy, Corbin, Caden, Rylee, Paizlee, Beckett, Lexi, and Brandon along with one great-great nephew, Dante. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles, grandparents, and many aunts and uncles. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 27th at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah from the hours of 6-8 p.m. A viewing will also be held the following morning, July 27th from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 13th Ward Chapel, located at 950 East 2850 North, North ogden. Funeral services will follow the viewing at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at the Ogden Cemetery.
