William Wallace Hoopes

WILLIAM WALLACE HOOPES

William Wallace Hoopes, died September 6, 2005 of causes incident to age.
He was born July 23, 1920, in Helena, Montana, a son of Thomas Nelson Hoopes and Lucile Hindley. The family moved to Southern California when he was a young child and he lived his life in San Diego.
Wally married Georgia Delores Scott, July 12, 1943, in San Diego and they had two children, Louise Lucile Le Blanc (Vincent) and William Wallace Hoopes, Jr. (Jane). He was an unwilling resident of Brigham City for six years, and was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Tommy and his sister Helen.
He is survived by his wife and children, 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 9, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mantua Chapel, 237 S. Willard Peak Rd., Mantua, UT.
Friends may call on Friday from 1:00 to 1:40 p.m. at the Church.
Interment will be in the Mantua Cemetery.
